The song highlights a two tenor solo battle reminiscent to that of Coleman Hawkins vs. Lester Young. Here, this concept is modernized over a looping backbeat groove in “3.” After the tenor solo battle, pianist Alex Brown is featured over the contrasting lyrical section.
